Job Summary:

We are seeking an established high end/specialty account salesperson to play an integral role in growing a new high end line (Trademark by TravisMathew). They would be responsible for pioneering our Trademark line into “core accounts” as well as major accounts throughout the US.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Contact their existing list of potential customers and present the Trademark line
  • Setup face to face meetings through cold calling and networking
  • Develop new target accounts through research and networking of additional distribution channels
  • Create a trackable business plan that will be followed up on monthly
  • Train Sales Representatives on product, key sales points, and how to overcome challenges with Trademark
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities including daily sales calls, weekly work plans and follow-up activities
  • Maintain contact with all clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Recommend changes in product mix, styling, and policy by evaluating feedback and competitive developments

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of related experience with an existing list of specialty retailer and major accounts

Corporate Sales Associate

Overview:

The Corporate Sales Associate will utilize their existing network of clients and contacts to build sales of TM apparel and accessories to sell direct to corporations. Develop new business by industry segments through networking, researching and contacting the purchasing decision maker at each corporate target. Ultimate goal is to generate a book of corporate house accounts and event/tournament business

Essential Functions:

Graphic Design Intern

Overview:

We are currently seeking an intern that displays creativity, innovation, and an eagerness to learn. As our graphic design intern, you will be assisting our graphic design and marketing department directly with anything such as catalog layouts, graphic t-shirt design, photo editing, business cards and much more.

Essential Functions:

  • Must be proficient in Creative Suite (illustrator, photoshop, indesign)

Inside Sales Representative

Overview:

The Inside Sales Representative (ISR) will build relationships directly with accounts and the outside sales reps to drive incremental sales and provide enhanced service. ISR will create and grow a working partnership with the outside sales reps to collectively achieve pre-book and re-order sales goals and communicate timely trend, product and marketplace feedback.

Essential Functions:

  • Establish and build relationships with accounts/buyers/key contacts through scheduled phone and/or email communication based upon account priority
  • Drive incremental re-order sales through enhanced communication and ATS information with accounts and outside reps
  • Weekly ATS/inventory communication to accounts and outside sales reps
  • Weekly phone call with outside sales reps to review the coming week’s appointments, issues and service needs

Customer Service Representative

Overview:

The Customer Service Representative will act as a brand ambassador and cultivate professional relationships with direct consumers and internal accounts by providing a wide array of service functions.

Essential Functions:

  • Manage daily service related communications, via phone and electronically
  • Respond promptly to and resolve all customer/account inquiries, complaints and questions
  • Update and manage a shared “ticketing” customer service system

Web Developer

We are seeking a full stack developer with over 5 years experience to assist with every aspect of marketing and e-commerce.

Skills/Requirements:
