Assistant Sales Coordinator

Location: Huntington Beach, CA
Experience: 1-3 Years
Compensation: $36,000 base + commission
Start Date: Immediate

Overview:

Execute and manage all logistics of the TravisMathew Ambassador Program while providing support to the Assistant Sales Manager with all aspects of managing Southern California sales and independent sales reps. Management of all TravisMathew sales programs. Assist the Sales Team with day to day operations and responsibilities.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Procure targeted green grass accounts through cold calling, utilizing current sales rep force, relationships with existing accounts, and marketing campaigns
  • Prioritize and rank accounts
  • Respond to all inquiries via phone or e-mail within 24 hours
  • Coordinate, finalize, and track all contracts and leads
  • Create and track current accounts on master spreadsheet
  • Coordinate and track all refill business, previous year’s sales, and YTD sales
  • Coordinate welcome packets
  • Work directly with the Marketing Department to create membership cards and promotional codes
  • Submit promo orders to customer service and coordinate timely shipping with the Warehouse staff
  • Monthly calls to current accounts to capture refill business
    • 150+ accounts – Approximately 400 calls/month
  • Consistent e-mail communication to current and targeted accounts
  • Receive and submit personal use orders
  • Follow up on all leads weekly until final decision on the program has been made
  • Research new contacts and leads
  • Assist sales team with day to day duties and any duties given by VP of Sales, National Sales Manager, Assistant Sales Manager, or National Accounts Manager
    • Manage and track all distribution and returns of sample lines
    • Attend local and national trade shows if required
    • Construct, organize, and maintain sales rep binders
    • Participate in local Ice Cream Truck Events and product demo days
    • Assist with any additional items/questions from sales reps not handled by the Operations Department.
    • Assist sales team with tradeshow logistics.
    • Manage and coordinate sales of high school and colleges

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 1-3 years of related business experience
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Strong communication and work ethic
  • Extremely proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • High level of organization

Executive Assistant

Location: Huntington Beach, CA
Experience: 3+ Years

Overview:

The Executive Assistant is responsible for supporting the administrative needs of the executive team.

Essential Functions:

  • Perform administrative duties and provide support for executive team members
  • Schedule, coordinate and manage calendars, appointments and meetings
  • Prepare routine and confidential files, records and correspondence
  • Answer phones for executive team members, screening calls and handling requests as required
  • Prepare, format and send correspondence, as requested, on behalf of executive team members
  • Provide project support for executive team members
  • Prepare, review and reconcile various executive and management reports
  • Assist with financial and sales data

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 3-5 years related experience
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft applications (i.e. Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook)
  • Excellent verbal, written communication skills and problem solving abilities
  • Excellent organizational and follow-through skills
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment

Sourcing & Development Manager

Location: Huntington Beach, CA
Experience: 5-6 Years
Compensation: Commensurate with experience
Start Date: Immediate

Overview:

Manage the sourcing and development process from initial design concept through sales samples being delivered “in-house”. Support VP of Production with costing and development WIP management to ensure on time proto and sales samples delivery. Work with design team to ensure all products can be developed to meet margin requirements and quality standards. This position will also be responsible for working with the VP of Production to support in-factory quality assurance during the development and production process, and working to source new vendors, mills, fabrics and trims.

Essential Functions:

  • Maintain development WIP and alert VP of Production with any timeliness or quality issues
  • Receive and track development submits and samples
  • Source new fabrics, trims and vendors
  • Organize and maintain library of fabrics, trims and development submits
  • Maintain BOM in tech packs with correct data throughout life cycle of each style
  • Prepare and organize samples and meeting agendas for review meetings with Executive Team
  • Organize and maintain detailed cost sheets for all products
  • Manage trim development process

Qualifications:

  • Extensive knowledge of fabrics and construction techniques
  • General knowledge of Excel and spreadsheets
  • Vendor and mill relationships in various sourcing countries is preferred
  • Overseas travel required
  • Detail oriented and deadline driven
  • Clear communicator and problem solver
  • Must be able to work well in team environment
