The Executive Assistant is responsible for supporting the administrative needs of the executive team.

Essential Functions:

  • Perform administrative duties and provide support for executive team members
  • Schedule, coordinate and manage calendars, appointments and meetings
  • Prepare routine and confidential files, records and correspondence
  • Answer phones for executive team members, screening calls and handling requests as required
  • Prepare, format and send correspondence, as requested, on behalf of executive team members

Sales Associate

Job Summary:

We are actively seeking Retail Sales Associates to be an active part of the casual refined and social environment of the Travis Mathew retail division. The Sales Associate position is a sales and service focused player on the sales floor to set the tone for selling service and in store culture.

Job Responsibilities:

Sales Intern

Essential Functions:

  • Assist the National Accounts Manager and Fitness Sales Director with day-to-day tasks
  • Support members of the sales team with projects and assignments
  • Attend local tradeshow and events when necessary
  • Unpack, hang and organize samples and sample lines
  • Assist in organizing all showrooms and storage rooms
  • Hours per week: 20 (split across 2-3 days

AQL Assistant

Huntington Beach, CA

Job Summary:

The AQL Assistant is responsible for reviewing and identifying quality issues with respect to received goods. Position requires the ability to accurately check quality samples for measurement, color, labeling, sizing, packaging, and overall imperfections.

Essential Functions:

  • Support AQL Lead with performance of AQL 2.5 on all incoming product
  • Includes but not limited to spec’ing (measuring garments), product review (i.e., stains, fabric flaws, construction flaws, etc) and paperwork completion/processing
  • Perform AQL spot check during non-peak AQL times
  • Support warehouse team with pulling, packing, tagging, etc during non-peak AQL times
  • Perform shrink test on all bulk fabric submits


  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
  • Strong basic math skills
  • Ability to stand all day, bend and lift up to 25 lbs.
  • Apparel industry experience preferred

Client Service Representative (EDI)

Location: Huntington Beach, CA

Job Summary:

The Customer Service Representative (EDI) is responsible for managing of all EDI transactional activity, in addition to providing a wide array of customer service function.

Essential Functions:

  • Manage the flow of EDI based transactions (i.e., 810, 850, 855, 856, 860, 865, etc) from inception to fulfillment
  • Manage daily service related communications, via phone and electronically, with EDI partners
  • Order Management: order entry, order confirmation and order adjustments
  • Manage designed order file to ensure order fulfillment
  • Research and track non-compliant chargebacks and institute resolutions
  • Process returns, replacements and refunds
  • Assist in the development of department policies and procedures
  • Perform other related duties as required or requested


  • 1-3 years of industry experience in a customer service capacity
  • Previous EDI experience required
  • Proficiency with an ERP system, “Full Circle” preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Office programs with an emphasis on Excel
  • Ability to build strong and lasting relationships with accounts as well as co-workers
  • Ability to multi-task and manage a large account-base

Marketing Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented, motivated, and highly organized individual for the position of Marketing Coordinator.

This candidate is responsible for assisting the Marketing Director and the Outside Events Manager with a variety of daily tasks and projects in the TravisMathew marketing and events departments.

Duties and Responsibilities May Include:

  • Manage contracts and event orders for events
  • Conduct conference calls with clients to work through all details and logistics of their event
  • Work alongside Outside Events Manager to run all tradeshows and TravisMathew events
  • Arranging travel and accommodations for event staff
  • Attending outside events
  • Interacting with customers and educating them on the brand and the product while attending events to help build a loyal customer following
  • Coordinating product donation requests, including tracking
  • Preparing promotion item orders for events
  • Monitoring inventory levels of promotional items and advising when new stock needs to be ordered
  • Creating spreadsheets and reports for multiple uses
  • Assist with general requests that may arise within the marketing department such as:
    • organizing gifts for staff, players, or contest winners
    • writing product descriptions
    • ordering printed marketing collateral
    • pricing out and ordering misc. marketing and/or event assets
    • arranging models for photo shoots


  • 4 year degree or equivalent
  • 2+ years of marketing and/or event and tradeshow management experience
  • Creative and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to work well with others as well as with the general public
  • Some retail experience, golf industry experience is a plus
  • Knowledge of TravisMathew products, history and culture
