Customer Care

Billing:

Payments: We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards.

Sales Tax: Please note that all orders placed in California will have an 8% sales tax added to the total; all orders placed in Florida will have 6% sales tax added to the order. This will take place at checkout.

Errors at Checkout: Please make sure that the billing address entered on our site matches exactly to the billing address on your credit card statement. If the addresses differ, your order may not be successfully processed.

Pending transactions: Once you have placed an order you will notice a pending transaction on your online bank statement. These transactions will not go through until your order has shipped.

Shipping/Order status:

We process orders within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Note that orders placed during promotional sales may take up to 3 business days to process.

Successfully placed orders will receive an e-mail confirmation with your order details. If for some reason you do not receive an e-mail please check your spam filter or contact us for confirmation that your order has been received.

P.O. Boxes:

We’re so sorry for any inconvenience, but we are unable to ship to PO Boxes at this time.

Tracking your shipment:

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an automated e-mail with your tracking information. If you do not receive your tracking information please check your spam filter or contact us to verify shipping. All orders with a subtotal over $300 will require an adult signature upon delivery.

U.S. Domestic orders:

Orders typically arrive within 2-6 business days after shipment. If you would like a required signature please make note of this under the comments section at checkout. Express orders placed after 1pm will be processed the following business day.

International/Canada Orders:

If you are located outside of the U.S. please contact us regarding your shipping options.

Returns and Exchanges:

Here at TM we want to make your online shopping experience as enjoyable as possible. If something isn’t right with your order, please contact us for order assistance and we’ll do our best to fix it for you. Please review our return and exchange policy below. If you have any unanswered questions feel free to contact us. Thank you!

Return policy:

To receive a full refund; item meet the following criteria:
Product must be in new and unused condition
Product must be returned within 14 days of receipt
TravisMathew Customer Service will issue an RA number. The RA number must be written legibly on the outer carton the goods are returned in.
The customer is responsible for all shipping charges for returns and exchanges.
In the rare case that a damaged item is shipped, please contact our Customer Service Department within 14 days of receipt. TravisMathew Customer Service will issue on RA number.
You will receive a call tag to ship the damaged item back to TravisMathew.
Upon receipt of the damaged goods, TravisMathew will ship out a replacement item at no charge.

How to make a Return or Exchange:

Review our criteria above and make sure the items are eligible for a return.Call us or E-mail us at returns@travismathew.com with your order or invoice number, items you would like to return or exchange, and the reason for the return or exchange. If you are making an exchange we will need you to provide us with your credit card information to pay for the $8 dollar re-shipping fee since we do not keep billing information on file. We will then provide you with an RA number. Please write this number boldly on the outside of the box that is being returned to us.

Send your package back to us via the most affordable shipping method of your choice. If we receive a package without an RA number clearly marked it will be refused, so please be sure to make that number visible on the outside of the package you are using to return. Please allow us 7-14 business days to process your return or exchange.

Common sizing questions:

Q: I wear a size 9.5 in shoes; you don’t carry half sizes, should I go a size up or a size down?
A: Our shoes run big. If you usually wear a 9.5 we suggest you order size 9.

Q: Do your polo shirts run true to size?
A: Our polo shirts are true to size with a tailored fit. If you are borderline in-between sizes we suggest you order a size up.

Q: What size belt should I order?
A: S/M if you wear size 0-34 in waist and L/XL if you wear a size 36-40 in waist.

While we strive to fulfill all orders as quickly as possible, there is a processing time on all shipments that may delay your order. This includes orders placed with expedited shipping.
