Holiday Returns

Purchases made on the TravisMathew ecommerce site (www.travismathew.com) from November 27th – December 23rd may be returned by the customer for any reason until January 23rd if un-washed, un-worn and in new condition with all original components and tags still intact. All such returns must be accompanied by a valid return authorization. Refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment to the original purchaser.

To request a return authorization please contact onlinesupport@travismathew.com, and provide the style, color, size and reason for your return for each item as well as the order number(s) from the applicable product purchase.
 
All returns and/or exchanges must be processed through the dealer where the products were originally purchased. Further, purchases made at a TravisMathew retail store must be returned to a TravisMathew retail store location.

Holiday Exchanges

To exchange an order, we recommend returning your original item (see “Returns”) and placing an exchange order for a replacement item with onlinesupport@travismathew.com. Once your return is processed (i.e. received at our warehouse) your exchange order will be shipped to you without charge for shipping.

Alternatively, you may elect to receive a gift code for the value of the returned merchandise and sales tax, if applicable, that is redeemable at www.travismathew.com. Once your return is processed (i.e. received at our warehouse), a member of the customer service team will contact you with your gift code. Additionally, your gift code will include free shipping on an order placed within 30 days from the date we provided the gift code.

Returns

All such returns must be accompanied by a valid return authorization that has been issued within 30 days from the date the product is received by TravisMathew. Refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment.

Exchanges

To exchange an order, we recommend returning your original item (see “Returns”) and then placing a new online order for a replacement item. Your return authorization will include a code for free shipping, so your exchange item can be purchased without incurring additional shipping charges. By placing a new order immediately, your new product will arrive much faster.

Alternatively, you may wait until after your refund is processed (i.e., when your return product is received by our warehouse) to place an exchange order. The free shipping code provided with your return authorization (RA) will remain active for 30 days from the date we provided the RA.
