Chris Kirk and John Mallinger Rolling at Humana
Travis Mathew team members Chris Kirk and John Mallinger are rolling at the Humana at T4 and T8 respectively. Chris Kirk fired a 9-under round of 63 at PGA West’s Nicholas Course and John Mallinger rolled in with a 7-under 65. Both will tee it up today in the 3rd round at Palm Private. Good luck boys!

The 25: John Mallinger and Kyle Thompson
Travis Mathew would like to congratulate team members John Mallinger and Kyle Thompson for finishing in the top 25 on the Nationwide Tour and earning their cards for the 2012 PGA Season.
Mally had 6 top tens including back to back 2nd place finishes in just 8 events this year on the Nationwide Tour.
Kyle had a strong start on the Nationwide Tour from the get go with a win at the Rex Hospital Open followed by a 2nd at the Preferred Health Systems Wichita Open. He had 4 top 10′s and 5 top 25′s.

Travis Mathew Looking to Sweep the Weekend
Travis Mathew team members Bubba Watson and John Mallinger are looking to make it a TM sweep this weekend. Bubba Watson is currently T-1 at the Deutsche Bank Championship after firing a second round 64. John Mallinger is currently T-1 at the Mylan classic after three rounds. Travis Mathew is looking for a clean sweep this weekend and we like the position we are in. Good luck to both Bubba and Mally the rest of the weekend. Mally tees off tomorrow in the final round of the Mylan Classic at 10:00 AM EST. Bubba Watson will tee it up tomorrow in the 3rd round of the Deutsche Bank Championship in the final group and will look to keep the momentum going into the fourth round on Monday. Travis Mathew will be on hand giving you up to the minute updates on both Mally’s and Bubba’s quest for titles this weekend. Should be fun!

Mallinger and Kirk off to Solid Starts at the Viking Classic
Travis Mathew team member John Mallinger fired a 7-under round of 65 to jump into a tie for the lead after first-round play at the Viking Classic. Fellow team member Chris Kirk shot a 5-under 67 to be two back headed into the weekend. Goodluck boys!

TM Makes it to Dallas…with some damage
After 1,450 miles, Travis Mathew made it safely to Dallas for the 2011 Byron Nelson. Only to be met by severe thunderstorms, tornado warnings and Baseball sized Hail. A bit of damage to the VW, but all in all we came out unscathed. If you’re in the Dallas area, but sure to stop by the Byron Nelson this week, TM will be in full force joining in on the festivities. We will be set up on site, so come say hi.

Bubba Watson in the Featured Group in NOLA
Bubba Watson will be playing along side Steve Stricker and Ben Crane for the first two rounds of the Zurich Classic in New Orleans this week. They tee it up in the first round at 12:40 EST and in the second round at 7:50 EST.
Travis Mathew team members John Mallinger, Kevin Chappell and Pete Tomasulo are also teeing it up in NOLA this week. Should be a fun weekend for team Travis Mathew. Stay tuned.
