What is the TravisMathew Rewards Program and how does it work?
The TravisMathew Rewards Program was established to reward our most loyal and hardworking customers like you. For every $1.00 spent on qualifying purchases at TravisMathew.com or a TravisMathew Company Store, you will receive five (5) loyalty points. You can then use your points, which act like currency to get discounts on merchandise. Please refer to the TravisMathew Rewards Terms and Conditions for the full details of the program terms.
TravisMathew Rewards is free to join and participants can also receive points by participating in various activities found on your Activities page and Refer a friend page.
This program is available to legal residents of the United States, who must be 16 years of age or older.
Once you've signed up to the program, checkout the Rewards Program dashboard page in your account and learn how to get started.
Participants will receive free ground shipping and free returns just for joining. Free Ground and 2-day shipping promotion is only valid for shipping addresses in the United States. Standard order processing rules apply. Order by 3pm PT (6pm ET) Mon-Fri and your items will ship same day. Delivery dates at checkout are estimates and may vary slightly.
As an added benefit, as a TravisMathew Rewards participant, you have the opportunity to unlock new rewards as you achieve new tier statuses, such as free annual gifts, free 2-day shipping and free tailoring in retail stores.
How can I join?
You can join the TravisMathew Rewards Program by signing up online here, or by visiting a TravisMathew Company Retail store. Participants must be sixteen (16) years or older to join the program. The program is only available to residents of the United States.
Do I need to have a TravisMathew.com account to participate?
No. You can sign up to be a loyalty participant at a TravisMathew Company Store which will allow you to earn and redeem points from store purchases; however, you will still need a TravisMathew.com account in order to earn and redeem points for qualifying purchases online, view your profile and earn points for other activities.
Will I get a physical rewards program card?
You will not receive a physical card. However, you can access your account at any time at TravisMathew.com or by visiting a TravisMathew Company Store associate, who can look up your account with the email address or phone number you used when signing up for the program.
How do I earn points?
Participants are able to earn points on purchases made at TravisMathew.com and at a TravisMathew Company Store, as well as by participating in various activities list on the earn points page in your account dashboard.
On purchases, 5 points are awarded for each qualifying dollar spent. Points are only awarded on the net amount / subtotal - less discounts, rewards, etc., (not on taxes, shipping, or any other fees).
Where can I make a qualifying purchase for points?
Purchases made at TravisMathew.com or a TravisMathew Company Store are considered qualifying purchases for points, subject to certain exclusions. Bulk or wholesale purchases made with other discounts and/or special pricing do not qualify for loyalty points. Gift card purchases, sales tax and shipping costs do not qualify for loyalty points. Points are only awarded for the use of a gift card, not purchase of gift card.
How do I receive points online?
Yes. If you are purchasing product on TravisMathew.com, you must be logged into your account that is connected to your TravisMathew Rewards participation in order to receive points for a qualifying purchase.
How do I receive points in store or through Customer Service?
If you are purchasing product at a TravisMathew Company Store or through Customer Service, you must inform the associate at the time of sale that you are a loyalty participant to ensure your points are properly tracked with a qualifying purchase.
Can I receive points at a TravisMathew retail partner?
At this time, participants cannot receive points through TravisMathew retail partners.
Will purchases made before the loyalty program launch count as qualifying purchases towards the TravisMathew Rewards Program?
No. Existing customers will not receive credit for purchases made prior to January 6, 2020.
Can I receive points on purchases prior to enrollment?
No. You cannot receive points on purchases made prior to your enrollment in the program.
When will my points show up in my account?
In most instances, your points should be available on your TravisMathew.com profile within forty-eight (48) hours from purchase. However, it may take up to ten (3) business days for points from eligible purchases to post to your TravisMathew Rewards Program account.
How do I use points?
TM Points act as currency to be spent at TravisMathew.com or a TravisMathew Company Store. Every 100 points earned is worth a $1 reward. As long as you have 500 points in your balance, you can redeem rewards points towards merchandise. The maximum amount of points available to be redeemed will be pre-populated at checkout. You can adjust how many points you would like to redeem by increments of 100 points, if your balance has above 500 points, rounded to the nearest dollar. We will allow participants to override what is pre-populated at checkout. You will only be able to override the amount to a lesser amount, but no less than $5.00. Enter the reward amount you would like to redeem at checkout and click redeem. You can use points to pay for the complete subtotal of the order. Note, if the amount of points redeemed is greater than the item subtotal. For example, $99.75 in merchandise, and redeeming 10,000 points, you will forfeit the remaining 25 points. Points may be split or combined with other coupons. Please see the full Terms and Conditions for additional details.
Will I get change back from using more points than what is needed to cover the sub total of an order?
You will not get change back from if you redeem points when making a purchase. You must make a purchase greater than $0.01 over the total value of points amount in order to redeem it at checkout or online. The redemption of points is rounded to the nearest dollar, and do not include decimals or cents.
Can I get my points returned to my account if I decide to return an item from an order that I redeemed points on?
Yes. If you return one item from a total order of 3 items for example, we would just return the points on that specific item, not at the order level.
What happens if TravisMathew cannot fulfill my order and reward points were used?
The value of the rewards points will be refunded to your loyalty account.
How will I be notified when I have enough points to redeem?
You can check the points in your account anytime by logging into your account TravisMathew.com, at a TravisMathew Company Store, or by calling Customer Service at 1-877-969-1952. You must have at least 500 points in your account for the availability of redemption to appear at checkout.
Is it possible for points to be deducted from my account?
Points can be removed from your account based on returned purchases or not making a qualified purchase within a 365-day period of joining.
Do my points expire?
All your TM Points will expire 365 days from the date of your last qualifying purchase.
Will there be new rewards and point earning activities available?
New rewards and point earning activities will be added to the TravisMathew Rewards Program periodically. Please check the loyalty site for program updates.
Can I transfer my points to another participant?
You cannot transfer your loyalty points to another loyalty participant or person who is not a participant. Loyalty points are non-transferable.
How can I obtain different statuses in the TravisMathew Rewards Program?
Once a member spends $500 in net TravisMathew spend, the member will unlock Preferred status and its associated benefits. At $1,000 in net TravisMathew spend, the member will unlock Executive status and its associated benefits. A status is calculated on annual net spend by calendar year. Learn more about the different statuses. Once you unlock a new status, we'll notify you via email, or you can see real-time upgrades in your account dashboard. Login and click the rewards dashboard. Make sure to sign up for email to ensure you receive these important messages about your rewards account.
How do the tier qualifications work?
Tier status is based on the net purchase amount and adjustments in the previous calendar year. Once an account advances to a new tier status, it remains at that status for the rest of the calendar year, and the next calendar year. Rewards points earned do not count towards tier status. When will I receive my free annual gift as a part of my tier status?
The free annual gifts will be distributed in every January to members of each qualifying tier status as of Dec 31st of the preceding calendar year. You will receive an email with a coupon code to enter at checkout which will deduct the full price of the product, including taxes. As an Executive Status Member, you’ll be able to choose any free polo valued up to $99.95. As a Preferred Status Member, you'll be able to choose any free hat, valued up to $54.95.
Will I pay for shipping on an annual gift that I obtained with my rewards status/tier?
As a member of TravisMathew Rewards, you have free standard shipping so you will not pay for the shipping cost of a reward merchandise you obtained with your status/tier if the item is shipped within the contiguous United States. If you are part of the Executive tier status, you will automatically earn free 2-day shipping.
Can I return a reward I received as part of my tier status?
Generally, you cannot return an annual gift. However, if there is a manufacturer's defect with that merchandise, please contact the TravisMathew Rewards Program Customer Service line at 1-877-969-1952 or email us at email@example.com for assistance.
How do I receive my free tailoring reward?
As a part of the Executive tier, you get free tailoring of our pants at any TravisMathew Company retail store. Simply ask any store sales representative for assistance and they will help you get your pants tailored.
What is VIP Status?
From time to time, you deserve to be treated like a king. Make sure you sign up for TM Rewards for a chance to be true VIP royalty with TravisMathew and unlock exclusive benefits.
Who can I call if I'm having trouble with my account?

Login to your account and click profile to edit the email address that is saved on file, or contact the TravisMathew Rewards Program Customer Service line at 1-877-969-1952 for assistance.
How do I cancel my participation?
We hate to see you go, but if you want to cancel your participation, please contact the TravisMathew Program Customer Service line at 1-877-969-1952 to be removed from the program. You can also go to your account dashboard and click on delete.
Can my TravisMathew Rewards account be terminated?
We can terminate any member from the TravisMathew Rewards program, for any reason including, but not limited to, a member's failure to comply with TravisMathew Rewards Program Terms and Conditions.
What does TravisMathew do with the information I provide you?
Can I share my loyalty account with others?
No. Participation is on an individual basis and points are non-transferable.
Why am I receiving TravisMathew and Cuater emails?
When you opted in to TravisMathew Rewards, you also opted in to receive marketing emails from TravisMathew and Cuater. But don't worry, you can unsubscribe at any time.
How do I unsubscribe from TravisMathew marketing emails?
