Overview:

The Executive Assistant is responsible for supporting the administrative needs of the executive team. The EA is forward thinking; identifying problems and providing resolutions before they arise. S/he anticipates the needs of the executive team and possesses the experience and intuition to prioritize wants and workload in real time.

Essential Functions:

  • Perform administrative duties and provide support for executive team members
  • Schedule, coordinate and manage calendars, appointments and meetings
  • Compile and disseminate meeting agendas and post-meeting action item notes
  • Field and direct incoming calls and visitors
  • Prepare routine and confidential files, records and correspondence

Demand Planner

Location: Huntington Beach, CA

Overview:

The Demand Planner will lead the processing of large and varied amounts of data, to create data models for presentation to cross functional teams. S/he will be responsible for all forecasting activities associated with the customers and products related to their applicable categories and maintain forecast models based on information obtained from Sales, Marketing, Finance, Retail and other sources. Additionally, the Demand Planner is responsible for recognizing trends or patterns and adjusting forecasts using statistical modeling techniques and qualitative data.

Essential Functions:

  • Validate and process large and varied amounts of data and provide a detailed analysis with actionable feedback to the Demand Planner and Executive team
  • Partner with Customer Service, Production, Planning, Marketing, Retail and Sales teams to develop inventory models and forecasts
  • Assist with the preparation and presentation of the bi-annual business planning process and the development of seasonal buying budgets
  • Monitor and audit company date for accuracy and completeness
  • Assist with the determination of allocation methods, and coordinate merchandise allocation to individual retail locations to achieve optimal inventory and sales performance
  • Provide accurate store and inventory analysis to the Demand Planner and Executive team in a timely manner

Magento/PHP Developer

Overview:

The Developer will work under the direction of the Ecommerce Manager to perform an array of duties including, but not limited to, front-end programming, extension creation and maintenance, admin design, and Magento database structure.

Essential Functions:

  • Develop and maintain Magento and other core PHP based applications

Overview:

The Account Manager is responsible for driving sales among the National Account Department’s account base by growing current accounts as well as opening and maintaining new business.

Essential Functions

  • Forecast, develop sales plan/ goals, and prepare for seasonal appointments for designated account base.
  • Learn new product lines, fabrications and features to present to buyers.
  • Collaborate with account buyers to present and book new orders.
  • Identify opportunities and challenges within account base and create strategies to maximize margin, sell-through and market share.
  • Work with account store managers and buyers (via phone and store visits) to build relationships, address store needs and drive product sales.
  • Track and report account selling and programs within account base.
  • Network and cold call to obtain appointments and open new account business.
