Overview:

We are seeking a full-time Graphic Design Coordinator with 2+ years of graphic design experience.

Essential Functions

  • Assist in the completion of all eCommerce emails, advertising, catalogs and print assets
  • Work with Graphic Design Manager and Graphic Design Team to ensure all projects are completed on-time and on-brand
  • Help execute major graphic design projects including seasonal catalogs, brochures, email blasts, collection launches and landing pages
  • Work directly with the eCommerce department to effectively promote current initiatives and products on the website, in advertising and in email marketing

Job Summary:

The SMU Designer is responsible for designing SMU, and seasonal menswear product, within (but not limited to) the following categories: graphic-t’s, polos, wovens, bottoms, jackets, sweaters, hats/accessories

Essential Functions:

  • Take direction from Design & Sales departments for SMU designs
  • Assist design team with seasonal menswear product
  • Develop tech packs (in Adobe Illustrator) for all designs
  • Create mill sheets for patterns/stripe/plaid repeats
  • Update tech packs, CADs, and mill sheets as reviews take place, and designs are revised
  • Research, interpret, and apply market trends (competitors and non-competitors) appropriate to the brand
  • Attend fittings, and make adjustments to protos and samples

The Account Manager is responsible for driving sales among the National Account Department’s account base by growing current accounts as well as opening and maintaining new business.

Essential Functions

Overview:

We are actively seeking Retail Client Associates to be an active part of the casual refined and social environment of the Travis Mathew retail division. The Client Associate position is a sales and service focused player on the sales floor to set the tone for selling service and in store culture.

Client Associates should be approachable, focused, and playful in their approach to the social environment in the store, focusing around building relationships and making our guests lives better in their time they spend in our TM home.

Job Responsibilities:

The Client Associate role is focused towards the Sales and Service experience for our guests.

Sales and Service:

  • It’s a party and everyone is invited. First and foremost, be a part of the team to create a friendly, open, and inviting environment for our guests to feel comfortable to hang out and have a good time.
  • Instill an approachable and efficient sales and service focus on the floor to achieve sales goals and deliver exceptional service.
  • The selling philosophy should be focused around building relationships and trying to make people’s lives better and providing items to complement and enhance their lifestyle. Connect with the clients on a personal level thru the love of the brand core metrics. Develop and retain a following of repeat clients to drive individual sales goals.
  • Utilize in-depth knowledge of apparel each season, including fit, fabric and intended use of the line. Understand and communicate performance and functionality on and off the course.
  • Participate in effective product and visual merchandising in the store to drive sales and create a positive customer experience that is easy to shop and outfit head to toe.
