The Reporting Analyst will partner with the Business Analyst to build new reports, maintain existing reports and reporting structures, as well as document and train associates on how to use the reports.  The Reporting Analyst will also work alongside the IT team to support sales, finance, demand planning and operations to ensure reports are correctly delivering the desired data in a scalable, efficient and coherent process.

Essential Functions:

  • Meet with business leaders to document their reporting requests and develop reporting structure      
  • Be the Super User of front-end BI system and partner with IT to understand the back-end structure for limitation identification as it pertains to reporting request
  • Create and maintain reports needed for business analysis
  • Partner with the Business Analyst to generate the appropriate data infrastructure for the business                                          
  • Evaluate performance against established metrics to determine acceptable levels of quality or efficiency for various business functions and units                            
  • Work with IT to manage user access to reports   
  • Create workflow KPIs for key business processes and assist the Business Process Analyst in analyzing and auditing process management 
  • Document and audit report usage for governance and training                                                                    


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Mathematics or related field                  
  • 2-3 years of applicable analytical experience                          
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel; including modeling, pivots and power query                                                                
  • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities                                 
  • Proven ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced, results-oriented, team environment                                          
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks                                            
  • Experience working with databases and retrieving/compiling information from information systems                             
  • Strong ability to process data to structure and build excel models for analysis purposes
  • Full Circle or alternate ERP experience preferred
  • Microsoft BI experience a plus
