About Corey

As the Los Angeles Dodgers starting shortstop since 2015, Corey Seager has made a name for himself not just for his skills on the field, but as a leading home run hitter as well. The North Carolina native attended the University of South Carolina on a baseball scholarship before the Dodgers selected him in the first round of the 2012 MLB Draft. Since then, Corey has left his mark, collecting a World Series win and a World Series MVP title in 2020. Additionally, Corey’s claimed the 2016 NL Rookie of the Year and the Dodgers’ record for home runs hit by a shortstop in one season.
