Providing such self-identifying information is voluntary, but if you do provide such information, we and/or our service providers may submit that information to the appropriate government or regulatory agencies to fulfill reporting requirements and use that information to defend against employment-related complaints. TravisMathew permits the reasonable right of access to and correction of your personal information. Where an access request is refused, we will notify you in writing and provide our rationale for refusal along with a list of next steps available to you.
