Why am I receiving TravisMathew and Cuater marketing emails, in addition to TravisMathew Rewards emails?
When you opted in to TravisMathew Rewards, you also opted in to receive marketing emails from TravisMathew and Cuater. But don't worry, you can unsubscribe at any time.
Can I get my TravisMathew Rewards points returned to my account if I decide to return an item from an order that I redeemed points on?
Yes. If you return one item from a total order of 3 items for example, we would just return the points on that specific item, not at the order level.
Do my TravisMathew Rewards points expire?
All your TM Points will expire 365 days from the date they are earned.
Can my TravisMathew Rewards account be terminated?
We can terminate any member from the TravisMathew Rewards program, for any reason including, but not limited to, a member’s failure to comply with TravisMathew Rewards Program Terms and Conditions.
Will I receive a physical TravisMathew Rewards Program card?
You will not receive a physical card. However, you can access your account at any time at TravisMathew.com or by visiting a TravisMathew Company Store associate, who can look up your account with the email address or phone number you used when signing up for the program.
How do I change the email address of my TravisMathew Rewards account?
Login to your account and click profile to edit the email address that is saved on file, or contact the TravisMathew Rewards Program Customer Service line at 1-877-969-1952 for assistance.
