Why didn’t I receive Reward Points for my review?
TM Rewards Points will not be rewarded for non-published reviews. The first twenty published reviews per member each year will receive 100 TM Rewards points valued at $1. 20 published reviews a year will be eligible to award 100 Reward Points (Maximum 2,000 Points/Year Per Member)

Why didn’t I receive my order confirmation or shipping confirmation email?
If you did not receive an order confirmation, please check your spam inbox. If the confirmation is not anywhere in your email, your email address may have been inputted incorrectly when your order was placed. We also recommend creating an account with us before checking out so that you can track your order more easily. How do I change my password?
Passwords can be changed in the 'Account Information' page after logging into your account. You can also select 'Forgot Your Password?' on the Account Login screen to receive a temporary password.
Can I be notified when something comes back in stock?
Unfortunately, we are not able to notify customers when new products are available.
How long does it typically take to earn points from the review?
It typically takes 48-72 hours for a review to post. Once your review is approved, you should see your 100 Reward Points in your account within 24 hours, if eligible. Thank for being patient.
How do I sign up for emails to find out about new products, sales, events and brand news?
You can sign up to receive notifications about the latest TM news by entering your email address in the field at the bottom of our websites, or by contacting our Online Customer Service team at email@example.com or 1-877-969-1952.
