Can I return or exchange items at a TravisMathew retail store?

At this time, our retail stores are unable to process returns or exchanges for items purchased from travismathew.com. To set up a return, please contact our Online Customer Service team via email at onlinesupport@travismathew.com or by calling 1-877-969-1952.

What is your return policy?

Purchases made on the TravisMathew website (www.travismathew.com) may be returned by the customer for any reason within 30 days of shipment if un-washed, un-worn and in new condition with all original components and tags still intact. All returns must be accompanied by a valid return authorization number within 30 days from the date the product is received by TravisMathew. Refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment. FINAL SALE items are not eligible for returns. We offer free returns to TM Rewards members in store or online within 30 days of the delivery date.

To create a return online, complete the steps below:

    1. 1. Visit our returns page: https://www.travismathew.com/return/return-exchange
      2. If you have a TM Rewards account, sign in. If not, enter your order number and email address.
      3. Once you’re signed in, you’ll find the instructions for selecting the items you want to return, printing your shipping labels, packing your items and finding a shipping outlet that’s close to you.
  • Important: Once your return request has been successfully submitted to us, a RMA (return merchandise authorization) number will appear on the screen. You’ll need that number to track your return. Jot it down below so you have it handy.

    Note: We are unable to process refunds online for orders place in store. If you would like to complete a return from a purchase made at a one of our retail stores, please call 1-877-969-1952 or email onlinesupport@travismathew.com. We do not process exchanges for purchases online or in-store. Gift cards are non-refundable. All product is subject to an inspection.

    Do you offer exchanges?

    To guarantee merchandise and process orders as quickly as possible we are not able to offer exchanges, and instead ask that you place a new order while we process a return for the item. We will include the return instructions, as well as a new free shipping code for your replacement item. Please contact customer service at 1-877-969-1952 and they will be happy to assist you.

    How do I return my item?

    WE’VE MADE RETURNS SIMPLE

    I bought an item from a third party, but it doesn’t fit. Can you swap it out for a new size since it’s available on your site?

    Unfortunately, we are not able to process returns or exchanges for items purchased from a third party. We recommend handling the exchange through the original place of purchase or returning the item to the original place of purchase and placing a new order on our website.

    What if my items are received damaged or defective?

    If you received a damaged or defect item purchased directly from travismathew.com, please submit several photos that clearly show the defective features of the product along with your original order number. When possible please provide an overall image of the product and close-ups of the defective features.

    Please note: We kindly ask that all warranty claims be handled through the original place of purchase.

    How do I check the status of a return?

    To check the status of your return, please visit https://www.travismathew.com/return/return-status

    If you have an account, enter your email and password to lookup your order.

    If you do not have an account, enter your billing email address and your return authorization number. Your RMA number can be found in your return confirmation email.

    How long will it take for my return to be processed?

    After you drop off your package, the time it takes to get to us varies based on the shipping carrier and where it was sent from. Once we receive your package, we’ll issue your refund in five to seven business days. You’ll receive an email confirmation once the return process is complete.

    Depending on your financial institution, allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to appear on your bank statement. Please note, times of high return volumes may require additional processing time by our warehouse.

    The credit card I used to place my order is no longer valid. Can you process the refund onto my new card?

    If you are banking with the same institution, you should not have a problem receiving your refund if you contact your bank directly. If you have a new bank, contact our Online Customer Service team with your new credit card information by emailing onlinesupport@travismathew.com or call 1-877-969-1952.
