How do I get free shipping?
TravisMathew Rewards Program participants get free UPS ground shipping on every order! If you haven’t already joined, sign up today (link to Account sign-up page) for free.
However, if you would prefer to checkout as a guest, UPS ground shipping is free for orders over $149.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We are working hard to deliver items in a timely manner. Due to overwhelming support of customers like you, order volume has been much higher than expected. We are experiencing delays in shipping of 1 to 2 weeks in some cases. Thank you for your patience. Orders placed on our website may take up to 5-10 business days to process before leaving our warehouse. Once shipped, orders can take between 2-7 days to be delivered depending on your location and the shipping method chosen. Occasionally, weather and other unforeseen circumstances may delay your delivery. Please see www.ups.com for the most up to date status of your package, and for alerts regarding service impacts related to Coronavirus.

UPS does not deliver on weekends or holidays.
In-stock orders are not guaranteed to ship the same day they are received.
To ship to multiple addresses, simply place a separate order for each shipping address.
TravisMathew reserves the right to hold any order for suspected fraud.
Why is my order late?
Although we aim to ship orders within 1-2 business days, your order may be late for the following reasons:
Your order was placed during a sale or promotion. Your order was placed during the holiday season. Items in your order are shipping from multiple locations. There were unpredictable circumstances beyond our control, including weather.
What if my order was lost in transit or never arrived?

Does TravisMathew ship internationally?
We do not offer international shipping at this time. However, have expanded our website to service Canada at www.travismathew.ca. Why is my tracking number not working?
Once an order leaves our facility, it can take up to 24 hours for an estimated delivery date to be generated. If you continue to see issues with your tracking number, please contact our Onlie Customer Service team via email at email@example.com or by calling 1-877-969-1952.
How do I track my order?
To track your order, simply use the provided UPS tracking number in your shipping confirmation email.
Tracking updates may not generate for up to 24 hours after you receive your shipping confirmation email.
What do I do if I received the wrong product?
