Can I change the shipping option on my order after it has been placed?

Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipping option for your order to an expedited option after it has been placed due to your card already being authorized for a certain dollar amount. Once you receive the product, you can process a return online within 30 days by going to the returns page here.

We do not offer international shipping at this time. However, we’ll be expanding our website to service Canada in the near future. When will my order ship?

Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days* of being placed.

However, if you have joined the TravisMathew Rewards Program (link to Program Page), orders that are placed by 3:00 PM PT Monday-Friday will ship the same day.

How do I get free shipping?

TravisMathew Rewards Program participants get free UPS ground shipping on every order! If you haven’t already joined, sign up today (link to Account sign-up page) for free.

However, if you would prefer to checkout as a guest, UPS ground shipping is free for orders over $149.

Why is my order late?

Although we aim to ship orders within 1-2 business days, your order may be late for the following reasons:

Your order was placed during a sale or promotion. Your order was placed during the holiday season. Items in your order are shipping from multiple locations. There were unpredictable circumstances beyond our control, including weather.

To track your order, simply use the provided UPS tracking number in your shipping confirmation email.

Tracking updates may not generate for up to 24 hours after you receive your shipping confirmation email.
