Why is my GM Test Drive Coupon code not working at checkout?
As of April 13, 2020, GM Test Drive / American Hole in One coupon codes cannot be used online. Please contact customer service to redeem your coupon code by calling 1-877-969-1952 or email email@example.com. American Hole in One codes will be allowed to be redeemed through Customer Service through June 1, 2020.
Why is my American Hold In One code showing as invalid?
Valid shopping codes will begin with TMAHNO-. If the code you’re entering does not begin with theses letters, you may be attempting to use the validation code that was provided to you after your Test Drive. If you contact American Hole in One directly at 1-800-822-2257 and provide them with your validation code, they should be able to provide you with a valid code for our website.
Additionally, AHNO codes may only be used once and are not valid towards luggage, club covers, bags or Corkcicle products. Only one promotional code can be used per transaction.
I lost the American Hole In One code that was provided to me. Can you resend it?
If you cannot locate your code, please contact American Hole in One at 1-800-822-2257.
I signed up for your emails and received a 15% off discount code. Can I use this along with the shopping code?

My spouse and I both received American Hole In One codes for doing a test drive. Can I use both on the same order?

Why doesn’t my promo/discount code work?
Please note coupon codes are not applicable toward the following:

Where do I apply a promotional code or merchandise credit code to my order?
Coupon codes or merchandise credit codes can be added to the 'promo code' field at the cart, or in the checkout. Simply check the box 'I have a promo code' and enter the code into the field and click Apply.
Additionally, codes can be added in the Payment section of the Checkout. Simply check the box 'I have a product voucher, or promo code' and enter the code into the field and click Apply.
Please note that only one code can be applied per order.

TravisMathew accepts all major credit cards with a U.S billing address., as well as PayPal.
Why does my bank statement show multiple transactions for the same order?
When you complete a checkout, your credit card company puts an authorization hold for the order amount on your card. This money has not been paid to TravisMathew, rather your card company has put a hold on it for you while you check out. If your address information then fails to validate (often due to a different billing and shipping address or your information was entered incorrectly), then your payment will be declined. Your credit card company will release the authorization hold between 2-4 business days after it is made depending on your financial institution. If you attempt to checkout multiple times, your card will be authorized multiple times, but not charged.
Why am I being charged sales tax?
Due to the 2018 Wayfair vs South Dakota ruling, states may charge tax on purchases made from out-of-state sellers, even if the seller does not have a physical presence in the taxing state.
